We accept returns of eligible products within 7 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must meet the following conditions:
The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be unused and show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
A proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
The following items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
Opened or damaged booster packs, boxes, or other sealed products.
Personalized, altered, or custom-made items.
Items not returned in their original packaging or condition.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately through the Contact Us page. Include a description and photos of the issue, if possible. We will assist you in replacing the item with an identical product or provide a suitable alternative.
If the return is not due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent), return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
